  Had an issue with our heater in the middle of the night on the coldest night I have seen up here. Jason Nordstrom called us back before they even opened the next morning. While working on getting his repair guy out to us, he also tried to assist by telling my husband over the phone what we might could do to fix it. We were unable to, but I feel that was excellent service that he tried. The repairman arrived shortly and was very professional and helpful. He had us up and running in no time. Can't recommend them enough!

  I wholeheartedly recommend Nordstrom Heating and Air! After experiencing multiple disappointments with another company in the area, I decided to use Nordstrom to install a new ductless system for me. Nordstrom quickly, efficiently, and professionally gave me a quote and carried out the work. I couldn’t be happier with their friendly and responsive service.

  Our experience with Nordstrom Heating and Air was top notch from start to finish. They were extremely responsive and we had a detailed quote within hours of contacting them for both a furnace and AC system. The work was accomplished much quicker than we thought would be possible. When an alternate furnace became available, they contacted us and were able to move our installation date up significantly. They were on time, on budget and I would not hesitate them for any future needs. All around we had an excellent experience.
