Nor-Tex installed the HVAC in our brand new home. We moved in May 2020. We have had trouble with both A/C and Heat. We are ok with hiccups but did not expect to pay for repairs on a brand new install. During the heat of summer they had to come out three times. The first time using heat we were told we had to pay for service and they could not diagnose over the phone. We called another company. They were surprised the installer would not correct the problem. They told us exactly what to do (over the phone) to fix it so that we had heat during 8 degree weather. We have little confidence in our system and are disappointed with the lack of professionalism and quality provided by Nor-Tex.
