  What a great experience! All of the staff I spoke to from scheduling through the service were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The maintenance visit showed a couple of needs, but there was no pressure or scare tactics to oversell it like many companies who see an older unit try. The technician clearly explained what the issues were, and I especially appreciate that transparency. I was able to schedule the technician to return the very next day to take care of those issues, with no additional service fee since it was within a week of the quote. I will definitely continue using it to maintain and eventually replace my unit.

  Our service guy was very through in inspecting our furnaces. He took the time to clean the areas around the furnace and make sure that everything was up to standards. We appreciate all the details that he mentioned and even though it cost a little more than l would like I know that our furnaces have been gone through every test to keep them maintained and efficient.. I can't even begin to describe how professional and knowledgeable the technician was. He not only fixed the problem with my furnace, but he also educated me while he was at it. The price was also reasonable. I strongly advise anyone to use Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling for their HVAC needs.
