  Tim was very easy to work with, responded to all of our messages, arrived on time, and did a VERY THOROUGH inspection revealing some issues with the building that we had not noticed in our own inspection. He went the extra mile by noting how we could potentially mitigate the issues if we were to purchase the property he was inspecting. I would definitely recommend Nitty Gritty Home Inspections. 5 stars!
