  We received several quotes to install a new ac into a home we just purchased. Nisair gave us the best quote with the estimator-Bobby explaining his choice of units and answering a bunch of questions. Install day a crew of 3 showed up on time and ready to work. Brandon, Walter and Pasqual did a great job getting our A/C installed. They were very particular on the install including how the unit looked on the outside. It's nice to see employees who clearly take pride in the work they do. Before leaving, the new system was explained to us along with maintenance to get the most out of our unit. Highly recommend this company.

  Abu, Cue and Orlando came out early this morning to replace our Air Conditioning System. They lay down tarps to keep the carpet clean and finished two hours before the time they promised to be done by. I would highly recommend this team of installers.

  Helping an elderly member of the community who's unit experienced a major failure. Contacted her install company who were unresponsive. Called NisAir and spoke with Nikki, explained the situation and immediately Nikki offered to do a search for the parts identified by the other company and informed me they were available and could be scheduled for install the next day. Rick showed up as promised and installed the parts, which revealed there were other issues going on with the unit. Team Leader Jeff cam out the next day and got to the bottom of the problem. Other parts were needed, which couldn't be determined until the initial parts were replaced. True to their word they obtained the parts and installed them and got the unit working again. They demonstrated a level of professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness, that I am sad to say, is not common place today. They were amazing. I will use them again and recommend them to others with AC needs. Thanks everyone, I appreciate the service and care you provided. Job well done.

Living in Florida, we understand the importance of the HVAC needs in general and try our hardest to take care of existing and new customers, and especially the elderly. We are glad we were able to get her up and working again and enjoying some cool air in her home!
