      I will only use Nielsen for my AC/furnace needs. They are very responsive and 100% honest. I had a different company come and try to take advantage of me and charge $6000 for a new AC unit. Micah came and thoroughly looked at everything- turns out I just had a frozen coil. He was patient and answered all of my questions and confirmed that my unit looked good. They are the best! Thanks again!
