If I could give this company a zero rating i would! they cleaned out my ac on the outside, and changed batteries in my thermostat charged me some $$$ for it and it is actually cooler outside than inside now! my ac freezes up, its 80 degrees in my house with it set to 60 (see pic for proof). they did this yesterday I called them twice today and left vm both times. I have an infant at my house and its ridiculous thank goodness the other grandma lives near so he is in the cool ac. but that's not the point these guys should NOT have a 4.4 rating! will never call them to come again, I will take the loss and call their competitors. 0 star rating from thos house!

Good morning Martha, Thank you for the input. As well as cleaning the outside unit and changing the batteries in the thermostat, we added freon and changed the filter. We tried to call you back twice yesterday and once this morning. I hope that one of our friends was able to resolve the problem for you. Minnie Morgan I would give him no star if possible. His company is very untrustworthy and lying bags of rotten poopoo! They came to fix my Dad's unit. My Dad paid them. He called to have them come back out to fix their mess up. On that trip they wired it wrong and burned the motor. The man admitted to boss and supply warehouse that it should have been wired two phase instead of 3 phase. Because my Dad wouldn't give him enough money for the new motor which was $300. He destroyed the heat collector box in the attic by foot. My Dad did pay him $60 that he actually didn't owe them a dime!!!

Hi Minnie, I understand that you're stretching the truth to write a bad review. Let's break it down. Your dad called us out for a service call. We found that the motor was bad. The service tech told him "I have this motor on my truck, I'm not sure if it will work. But if it doesn't, then obviously, you don't owe us anything." It didn't work, we didn't charge him anything, and told him that we'll have to order the right motor and that motor would be $300. In the meantime, you called other companies which you have every right to do. When the motor came in, we called your dad to set up a time to go install it and that's when he informed us that he didn't want the motor. We said ok, then you just owe us for the original service call of $60 (discounted because a regular service call is $85). The tech didn't stomp on anything in your dad's attic, but I understand that it goes with your story so you stick to that and have a BLESSED day.

If there was a 10 star review option they would get all 10! This is the second time we've used Nickelson and they have earned our business for life! We recently moved and had a problem with our new Ac unit. We had another company come out just a week before that only temporarily fixed the problem. When the system went out again we called Nickelson. They were able to send someone out immediately. Gavin was our tech this time and did an amazing job. He was so professional, polite and respectful and took the time to share some AC knowledge with me. By far the most honest and trustworthy AC company I've ever used.
