  I called and they said they would be there by the next day. They came out later in the afternoon, earlier than expected. Once the technician was done he called with a thorough report. I would use them again without a doubt. Pricing was fair, but not cheap.

  They repaired a dryer vent pipe and used hard pipes to make it a permanent installation. Their work was very good and was completed quickly. I have used this company for years and would never use anyone else. Very pleased with their work.

  Heat went out on Sunday morning. I couldn't fix it. Called Nicholson at 8am on Monday morning. They had a tech here about an hour later. He was able to diagnose and correct the problem in about an hour. Great service, knowledgeable tech, and they were here quickly.
