I called Nichols Mechanical because I had a hot water boiler that was not working properly. He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out. As soon as the part arrived, he made us a priority and installed it the same day. Reading these reviews, I believe some people hear what they want to hear. Jason was very honest and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend that you call if if you have an issue, but also suggest to really listen to what he says. His kind of honestly is hard to find.

I called and explained my situation to the person who answered the phone (Jason). He was super friendly and nice. He offered to come out, give his advise and get me a quote for what he thought could fix the problem. They were busy, but said he could come out in a week and start the process. I said the wait was fine, and I would see him on Tuesday. He never showed up, he never called to say they were behind, he never called to apologize. I called and left a voicemail asking if they were behind or still coming and received no reply. I sat around all day waiting for them to come because he did not give me an exact time. He just said late morning. I called them again 2 days later and Jason answered again. I told him who I was and asked why he didn’t show and his response was “We are busy so I didn’t come”. He offered to come out in yet another week which I declined. I told him he should of called to cancel instead of having me wait and no one show up. He said “yeah, I guess so. Sorry bout that.” Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Don’t waste your time.

I apologize for the inconvenience. There’s no excuse. It’s been a very hectic few weeks. I Truly try to please everyone, but on occasion I fall short. That’s definitely not my intentions.

First time getting my HVAC serviced, and didn't know anyone in the business. Took a chance on Nichols, Jason fit me right in his schedule. Extremely pleased with the service and knowledgeable support I received. Pricing is very reasonable. I feel empowered to care for the system as any owner should, and confident in his expert service and advice. I already booked for next year!
