  The techs, Dakota and Chris, arrived on time, opened and closed the gate without being asked. They were very professional and did a great job! They cleaned up after and my new mini split works great! I had an electrical issue and Dave arrived in minutes to fix the problem. I have already recommended them to my family and friends. The price was also very great.

  Jared and Wesley great!!! Here all day and part of yesterday to get it right. Friendly, clean, and qualified. Knew what they were doing!! Nichols has huge inventory so they were able to make a trip to the business for everything they needed, even filter tray for furnace they weren't scheduled to perform. With supply shortages this a big plus! Nichols took care of city permit, so hassle free professional service!!
