  I was charged 3 hours labor for a thermostat replacement that 3 other HVAC contractors told me took an hour at the most to replace. So, at $85 an hour for labor, Dick Nicholls overcharged me by $170. Over $300 to replace a thermostat on a heater. I am an out of town landlord, and feel that this company took advantage of that fact to overcharge me. Last year, they told me a furnace at another one of my properties needed replaced. When I had it check out by another HVAC professional, I was told that the furnace was in good working order. This company will cheat you. Don't use them.

  I have been very satisfied with the service received from Dick Nichols. My calls were returned and he was very courteous when he diagnosed the problem with my furnace and when he came to repair it. I will continue to use the service from Nichols Sheet Metal in the future.

  My boyfriend had someone come and do an appraisal. They were supposed to get back to him with an estimate and never did. He called yesterday to get this estimate and was told they would call him back later that day and did not. I called and left a voicemail because they could not answer the phone and the finally called him back hours later only to say they would send it via email and never did. Terrible service.
