  For the past two years, I have been purchasing filters for my home purifiers from Nextron Products and the company has never failed to deliver. One evening, I called the company to inquire about a specific filter and the representative was friendly, professional, and very helpful with selecting the proper filter. The unique design, user-friendly instructions, and VALUE for the QUALITY of this product is unbelievable! Why pay three times more from the manufacturer when these filters work better and cost less? Highly recommended!

  Ordered 5 filters ,came with 6 pre filters and reusable frame, also ordered 6 extra prefilters so I would have 12 total . .Received filters, no frame and only 10 prefilters. Contacted company. Quick response, even a phone call from owner, who said the frame and missing prefilters would be sent right away. A month ago now and still nothing. Just junk without a frame. Pretty poor service. If my original complaint , a call from the owner, and my return call couldn't resolve this simple problem , I won't waste anymore of my time on this company.
