Unprofessional Technicians One introduced himself and had on the company shirt another showed up and just walked in my home with not company shirt and no introduction. First technician used my personal bathroom without asking and was in there for almost 15 minutes, I have a guess bathroom for guest. They dug a hole next to my home’s foundation to get dirt to level the base for the A/C unit, now I have to go buy top soil to fill in the hole. They left told me the work done and told me to pick up the A/C units paperwork of the ground. They left water bottles on my leather furniture that left water marks they also left their fast food cups in my garage. When I went into the attic to look at the work the vent flute to the rook was not installed so I had to find out if they were coming back or if it was going to be left that way. I asked for a phone call for when it would be completed and the technician just showed up with no call. I had to ask if I was responsible for submitting the system warrant and how to register. I was not given any information on the warranty process. I was quoted the same price of $9,500 to replace my second unit, I got a quote from another company for the same system for $4,300. The second company was also more educated on the the American home shield process and they explained how the warranty process worked and everything associated with the installation to make sure I completely understood what was going to happen. I will not be using this company again.
