  Every time I use this business, I am always extremely happy with their service. This company always does their best to make sure you are adequately taken care of. Brandon was no exception to this. He was very friendly and professional. He spent extra time with me just to explain more about what he was doing and why, so that I could understand the issue that was going on with our unit. This is well beyond the scope of their job description, so I am beyond thankful for his help with getting our unit back up and running. He saved us from a definite fire/electrical hazard due to miswiring by previous homeowners. Now we can rest easy knowing thar outdoor fan unit isn’t at risk of bursting into flames.

  Have been using this company for 3years. Marcus installed our ac unit and handles our service calls. Handles service call same day or next day, very nice when you don't have cool air in Florida. Highly recommend.

  This company, Nex Generation, has helped me several times now and each time they go above and beyond. They are extremely professional, do quality work, are punctual, friendly, and have the best prices in the county. I wish more businesses would follow their lead!! I’d give 10 stars if I could.
