  They came within a half hour of me calling, and fixed our ductless AC in less than an hour at a very fair price. Fran on the phone and the two guys who came were all very nice folks. Very happy with their service. Would highly recommend.

  This company was excellent towards my family. My husband and I called them on a Thursday and explained that our dual zone ductless AC was broken and it was hot in our house with our newborn daughter. They came out that day to look at it. Turns out the person that did our installation did a terrible job and the system was leaking (another company). Just a few days later they dedicated a whole day to fixing our system. These guys were professional and kind and very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Will be a newco customer from here on out.

  I woke up to having no air. Outside Unit wouldn't run. I contacted NEWCO and Fran at the office had a repairman at my house withing the hour. Mike had cool air blowing within 20 minutes. Thank you NEWCO. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
