I have had a Fujitsu ductless  AC installed at my home and I’m extremely satisfied with the result. In addition to the professionalism of the installer, they were knowledgeable, efficient, & courteous in every aspect.

NY Ductless just put in a new Fujitsu 36,000 btu triple system for me. Very professional and easy to work with. Very pleased with the install and price. I recommend them at the highest possible rating.

Called and requested an a quote. Jane got back to me the next day. I got an estimate which was very competitive. The work was beautifully completed in less than 2 days. Alex and his crew were absolutely wonderful. They were all very professional, they showed up on time, they cleaned up perfectly. The work is flawless. They even managed to match my old siding. I would absolutely recommend this company for the installation of split A/C units.

We had several people come to give an estimate for installing a split unit on our bottom floor. Not only was New York Ductless very reasonably priced, but they also gave us great suggestions about the best way to do the job, before we even signed the contract! Also, we wanted a Fujitsu, and they gave us a 12 year parts warranty, which was a great layer of icing on the cake. When they came to do the work, they showed up when they said they would, made sure to do the job as neatly as they could, cleaned up as they went, and made sure that everything was installed correctly before they left. I was incredibly happy with them! Will happily recommend them to my friends whenever they need work done.

We'd had some work done by this company a few years back and we were extremely happy with the quailty, price and and overall service.   So when the need arose for another install in our new place we called them again.  They priced out a new Fujitsu AC Split System for two floors and made suggestions to make the unit even more efficient and affordable.  Their price was better than anyone else we spoke with.   Once again, the delivery and installation went perfectly and the units work beautifully.   And on top of everything else,  they gave us a one year warranty for labor, and 12 years for parts!     We'd reccomend them without hesitation.   Great job.

Price and warranty made NY Ductless a great choice. We have 3 units that were expertly installed in one day.   Four months later when we called with a concern regarding one unit the installer promptly came and checked that all was ok.  We feel confident that we can depend on them in the future.

I gutted my house & had Fujitsu ductless units installed (6 total with 2 outside compressors). Igor Sergev was the one I dealt with & was excellent. Very professional & great work. I needed service on one of the compressors after 2 years (because a contractor did something they shouldn't have) & they took care of it & didn't overcharge me to fix it. I was very happy with them & would absolutely use them again.

Alex and Igor did our installation, and it went extremely well.  They were done with the installation ahead of schedule and were their work was the best part of had promised to be a difficult HVAC renovation on our condo.

Alex and his team did a fantastic job installing 2 multi-zone condensers and 4 wall mounted blower units in our split level condo. The installation was clean and we're very happy with the outcome.

The effectiveness of the cooling systems are day and night compared to our old nightmare PTACs. Quiet, cools fast, and we got so much wall space back in each of our rooms.

Setting up the appointment to get a quote was very easy. Alex was punctual, answered all of our questions, and gave us a competitive quote.

The installation of the units themselves took about 2 days, with an extra day for Igor (the excellent finish guy) to remove our old PTAC units, patch up and seal the PTAC sleeve holes, and re-finish our drywall (even after a custom plumbing/radiator job).

He came back to make sure the water sealing looked good. The Fujitsu units themselves are great.

Highly recommend him to anyone interested in getting mini-splits and/or replacing their existing PTACs.
