  Centerpoint Properties two building complex had a recent new installation of two Trane 50 -ton RTU’s with Tracer SC+ controls. Great equipment but never-ending series of mishaps on the installation led us to EMCOR Services and their New England Mechanical Connecticut team (NEMSI) These guys are the best and this is speaking from a 20+ year experienced building owner who has worked with several HVAC contractors over the years. The General Manager leads a strong team of well-schooled mechanical & controls techs who know what they are doing. They also understand the world of happy tenants and budget conscious landlords. So good, we signed up our second building with a Mitsubishi VRF system and guess what—Same Awesome Story! This company is a blue sky find in a too cold, too hot world of “other contractors”.

  For some reason they "Don't do restaurants" and i'm quoting the woman that I spoke with. When I asked why they didn't do restaurants I was told "We judt don't" If you do own a nursing home your in luck cause they do those!!
