I have loved working with New Age for my rental properties. They are always so professional, quick to respond, and the customer service team is amazing. Shauna and Katie are truly a dream team and I would recommend them to anyone in the Charleston area!

They sent out someone to do the measurement for installing my new stove, but they never call me back to schedule the installation. I have tried to call them 5 times so far. The person who received my call told me she will have someone call me back, but no one has contacted me.

Bought a storm door from Lowes.  This is the third party they out-sourced the job for installation.  Paid $180.....over a month ago.  They schedule us, then cancel.  Then re-schedule, then cancel.  We are now going on FOUR re-schedules including today.  They do not care, say they are overbooked and overworked.  We have complained to Lowes and even Lowes acknowledged they get TONS of complaints about this place and will be removing them from their vendor list.  I would avoid these people at all cost, they don't know what they are doing or how to manage their time or schedule.

We were getting 3 storm doors installed, and one of the 3 frames replaced. 1/3 doors got installed then it started raining, so they said they’d come back tomorrow. They didn’t. When they came back to finish the job, they didn’t replace the frame around one door as was planned, and  didn’t install one of the handles because they “couldn’t find it.” We found it on the ground right where they had stored all the other stuff and installed it ourselves. I would not hire this company. They were contracted by a 3rd party.
On a positive note the people we spoke with on the phone were very nice.

Highly recommend New Age especially for any crawlspace issues! Have been using them for years and cant say enough nice things about the quality and customer service!

I contacted New Age contractors about a shower and bathroom remodel.  They were really quick to come out and give their professional opinion based on what I wanted.  They were professional every stage of the job. Their quote was well within my budget and very competitive.  After talking to Junior, owner of the company, after receiving my quote he followed up to see how things were going and if I had any questions.  His passion for the work his employees perform was evident in his voice.  I decided to use New Age and I couldn’t be happier with my new bathroom and travertine shower!  I would recommend New Age to anyone that is looking for a honest, high quality, professional and hard working crew to meet your needs.

Had a small job with one of my clients and I needed work done quickly. They were able to get in and build out a  leaded wall and door  fast and cost efficient. Would recommend. Their quote came in almost half of another contractor. I have a happy customer because I connected them with New Age.

We used them to replace our hot water heater. Katie was very professional setting up the appointment and very friendly! James did a wonderful job on the installation. When he was done there was nothing left to clean up! I will recommend them to everyone! Thank you for a wonderful job!

So far they seem like a very polite and good company. I had a phone interview with the own Jr, who seem to like my personality🤷(rare as I'm 🇵🇷/ New Yorksr😂). He had me come in for a personal interview and now I'm just waiting on word of hiring.

We initially used New Age Contractors a few months ago; they were the third party contractor assigned to us by Lowes to install a new dishwasher. They came, put in the dishwasher, left. Polite, professional, and I would never have given them another thought (or a review)

Fast forward a few months. We sold our home and the home inspection dinged us because the drain line for the dishwasher was lower than the sink line, so there was no backflow prevention. It was clear from the hole in our cabinet that the original builders put the hole at the bottom as opposed to the top and New Age had simply used the existing hole instead of creating a newer, higher hole. Instead of arguing with me about how the real problem actually originated with the builder, they sent someone out to our home nearly immediately (literally less than an hour after I called them) and they fixed the problem free of charge.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and pleasant.

NOW I will remember this company, and I thought that kind of professionalism deserved a positive review. This is exactly how you get the attention and loyalty of customers, in my opinion. Thank you!
