I had a gas leak on a very cold Friday evening so ameren had to shut off my gas. I called Neuhaus and they answered immediately and had someone get to my house within an hour. Brandon was so friendly and made the whole process so easy. You could tell he truly enjoyed his job. He even fixed duct work which I did not mention in my call. I cannot recommend Neuhaus heating and cooling enough!

We have been pleasantly surprised at how well we like the geothermal heating and air conditioning system in our new home. While there were some minor equipment issues initially, Neuhaus Heating and air conditioning responded immediately and made sure that our system was performing at peak efficiency. They were very accommodating.  They have been a pleasure to work with and we will continue to utilize them in the future.

I called for one of my clients who had no heat, they came within 4 hours amd fixed the problem.

These guys were awesome. From the estimate to the last day of installation everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They got everything put in in a timely manner and answered all questions that we had. The guys who installed our unit were great around our kids and answered all the questions they had and even gave our dog lots of belly scratches:-) I would 100 times over recommend them. You can’t ask for better service!

Literally, 2 days before our vacation, our air conditioner quit. All we seen were $$$, and we considered not calling anyone and dealing with it when we came back. Instead, I called our local place figuring they could come the same day. Meantime, my daughter in law says we used Neuhaus and they were very reasonable. I decided I would give them a call. Very friendly and up front about their diagnostic fee, $59, I scheduled them and canceled the local one which was $30 more. Neuhaus came before noon and were very professional and thorough. We needed a new capacitor and it cost under $200. Praise God!  I highly recommend them, in fact I am considering calling when I get back from vacation to sign up for the biannual check up, $95 a visit.
