  NDC designed a new HVAC system for our home. About a year later we called because there was very little airflow and the AC was not keeping the house cool. The technician went in the attic to look at the system and also checked the compressor and reported no issues. He stated the issue was old doors and windows and we were charged a significant "trip fee" for him to state there was no problem. A few months later we had an energy auditor come to see what was needed relating to our doors and windows. He showed no issues with any of the doors and windows. He went to the attic to check insulation and found that several of the vents for the A/C system were no longer connected and most of the air was escaping in to the attic. The NDC technician failed to report and resolve our issue and we paid for his incompetence via the trip charge to NDC, an unnecessary payment for the energy audit and through incredibly high energy bills for several months. The owners are great but I have no faith in the team around them and would not do business with NDC again.

  Hello Chris, We are terribly sorry to hear of your unhappiness with our work! We went through our history, and the install was in 2018 and the problem was reported in 2021. According to the notes, our technician did find an issue, which was low refrigerant and the coil was plugged with grass and debris. The charge was only a $75 diagnostic, and then the rest ($47) was the refrigerant. We never received a call stating you were still having issues after that. We would have loved to come out and try to continue to remedy the issue, but we never had the chance. We are sorry to lose you as a customer, and hope all the best for you in the future.

  NDC is very knowledge about their products and has superb customer service!! They actually listened to what we would like then clearly explained all our options that were best suited for our needs. This included what was best for the type and size of our home. They are transparent about everything, cost, timeline, insulation process and the service after installation. NDC cares, is fair and sincerely honest!
