  I have used NC Comfort for many years not only to maintain my families homes but also rentals I have lived in. I recently purchased a new home and had him install the HVAC unit. I was currently on a crunch because of my loan and he was on time, worked hard and had it done in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed with how precise he was with his work and making sure everything looked neat I was also very impressed with how he cleaned up after himself instead of leaving trash and debris under the home. I recommend Brian to everyone!

  Brian O'Connell does amazing, No nonsense work every time. When it's urgent to me he makes it urgent to him always diagnosing only what needs to be repaired and getting us up and running quickly. Last year I had a Tempstar system installed and couldn't be happier. Brian is the only referral I give as he is always accommodating and willing to help, even at hours and weekends if needed! NC Comfort Systems Inc is top shelf in my book and number one in eastern North Carolina for expertise, service, and reasonable pricing!

  N C Comfort System has been taking care of our Businesses, Fantastic Sams Hair Salons for over 15 years. Brian does a yearly maintenance program that ensures our units stay in great condition it has kept costly repairs to a minimum over the years. The company also does our home as well as our adult children homes. I use the company's services for all our A/C and heating and Brian has inspected units of homes our children were buying to ensure the units had life left in them. The company also installed our home unit 16 years ago and with maintenance upkeep the system has been a great investment. I highly recommend this locally owned company.
