We called this company because of a leaking shower. This was an after hours call and they did show up. The plumber arrived and refused to wear a mask. Since this was an after hours call we had no choice to have them help us with our leaking shower. The plumber from Naylor Plumbing installed a cartridge for our shower that was leaking. We provided the cartridge and upon the installation it continued to leak, but not as bad. The plumber indicated a valve would have to be repaired and it would take hundreds of dollars and have to tear up our wall. Since the plumber from Naylor did not wear a mask we decided to hire another another company to fix the shower. The other company came out and immediately fixed our leaking shower without a massive, expensive repair. Bad form Naylor Plumbing.

I attempted to do a simple repair to my tub and if course wound up breaking something. I called another company that I have used in the past who could not respond for a week. They suggested that I call Naylor's who I was aware of. I called and they were able to come out in two days. This was a fair response time especially now when it is hard finding workers. Two repairmen showed up. They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained the work being done. They got the job done and it works fine now.

I contacted the company to on behalf of my home buyer client to request maintenance information about a current system in a clients new home where Naylor has done past work & also to hopefully set-up an opportunity for Naylor to add an additional filtration system in the near future specific to my clients needs if the current system would not remedy the issue. The employee, Dale, was extremely rude, unprofessional & interrupted me everytime I would speak more than 3 words. I never was able to get to the point of conversation to give them the additional business to install the other filtration system. I am so disappointed & I happily will be referring my clients to another local business that deserves the business much more.

Naylor has nothing to do with the sale of this home. I was told by the homeowner after your 2 phone calls, do not give any information out about my home to you. The owner has the information on her copies of her receipts. You are the Agent for the perspective buyer. The new owner could call after the sale of the home. I respect my customer's Privacy.
