  My experience with the Co-Op has been nothing short of 5 stars. I needed a new service with underground electrical for my home. Online information had me concerned that it was going to be a nightmare. I found making trips to the office to be my best bet and not rely on my own interpretations. I waited about 15 minutes for the friendly gentleman from planning to assist in the process. I felt 15 min in todays times was fair. He explained everything clearly and let me know Johnny would be my next point of contact. As promised a few days later Johhny contacted me to arrange the site visit. He was on time for the appointment, explained everything clearly and the price for underground work was far less than expected. I was always able to get my questions answered to ensure my work would be ready for inspections and such. As a licensed contractor I was thankful for the entire crew who even came back a month later to grade out the trench site a second time. I never see this kind of business anymore and am thankful to be a part of the CO-OP

  Random outrageous increases in bill regardless of the same amount of usage. Worst electric company I have ever dealt with. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
