The company had amazing customer services. They made sure everything was right and complete. American standard is very efficient and quiet. If you are looking for a new unit, they were fast, smart and hardworking.

My husband and I have used a few companies for different projects around our older house since we moved in a couple of years ago, and have had many frustrations in the process (sub par or incomplete work, over pricing, etc.) Native Air is the ONLY company we've worked with so far that we trust to do a great job, with great prices, in a timely manner. And all of the guys are wonderful! John has never pressured us into anything, and goes through all options to make sure we stay within our budget. Be sure to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan, especially with older systems, to keep everything running efficiently and to catch small issues before they become big issues!

I just had a new American Air system installed by Native Air. I have been with them for over 10 years and since they installed my new system my gas and electric bill have been cut in half if not cheaper They have always been very responsive and quick to full fill my needs to make sure I was comfortable . Thank you John White and your team and thanks to Billie for all her hard work to get them scheduled. Cabby Raymer
