Our AC went out and I have a home warranty so I thought we were good to go. They dispatched a tech (from another company). He came out and found a few things wrong. On to repair.. step one, remove refrigerant. Supposed to only get 6lbs but was 12lbs. Tech called home warranty company and my claim was denied immediately. I don't know who put 12lbs in it, it's always been professionally serviced. So now after the service call fee I'm on my own to repair the system. Same tech said it would be 2500-3000 to repair a 20yr old system. It's hot out and we need AC ASAP so I called a few others for quotes. Nathans came out, understood our pain thus far, offered to install a few window AC units in the meantime, and 3 days later we were in AC. With a brand new, slightly larger unit that will run for years with no issues. So thankful Nathan's came to the rescue.

Absolutely love these guys. Had an issue with my AC upstairs. Within an hour of calling Dave and Jay were at my house and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Both were incredibly professional and explained what had happened with the AC.

The staff at Nathan's are some of the best at what they do and they work with you to get the right diagnosis and work to repair or replace anything necessary to keep you comfortable in your castle. They have come out to two homes that I've owned and the service was exceptional each time and when they found that my system was completely busted they didn't sugarcoat it and try to pump refrigerant into a broken unit and say "all is well". They told me straight up the unit will need to be replaced and when the time came they gave great prices for units that they know will do the job right. I've heard horror stories about companies that "fixed" things when in fact they just put a bandaid on it and wait for you to call back and give them more money...just like some auto mechanics. Not here with Nathan's and I'll continue to refer them to anyone in need because of my experiences.
