  Jennifer West has never called Napiers Plumbing And HVAC for any kind of plumbing and HVAC quote or request work. She has called my company as a telemarketer, with many harassing phone calls.   Bill Napier designed and installed a furnace in our old house. He did a wonderful job. About a year later, when a problem developed with the furnace itself, he was quick to check it out and repair it. You can’t get better.
