  I emailed Kevin at 11pm informing him that my furnace wasn’t working. He called me minutes later and scheduled a visit first thing in the morning. He diagnosed the problem, picked up parts, and had a running later in the morning. Super friendly and professional service.

  I couldn't recommend Nace Heating and Cooling, Inc. highly enough! Prompt, efficient, courteous, extremely thorough and highly professional. Kevin very quickly diagnosed a problem stemming from the initial installation of our furnace that brought our extremely high CO emissions back to a safe level and also made adjustments that will improve the efficiency of our furnace. On his way out he went out of his way to look at my air conditioner that had been damaged by a falling ice dam. I couldn't be happier with the service received.

  I had a new furnace installed and upon meeting Kevin he was very personable and knowledgeable. He talked me through every part of the process and made sure I had a chance to ask questions. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and I could not have appreciated it more! He even went out of his way to help me set up my Wifi thermostat without me needing to ask! Great business! Highly recommend!
