  Call first. I was referred by another local co. Once I arrived, their walk-in service was closed...still....due to Covid precautions. When I called, the employees were completely unhelpful. I was turned away for a 10" x 16" end cap... I'll never return again. Ferguson had everything in stock and was much more professional about my purchases.

  Christopher, we are sorry that you feel this way. We acknowledge that you are a busy delivery driver and our business is a stop on your route. It is our understanding that our warehouse employees had to step away from helping you unload material to help a customer with order pickup. Our warehouse employees are responsible for handling both inbound and outbound materials, and our pickup customers take precedent over unloading inbound freight. We were able to continue helping you unload your truck as soon as we were able to.
