  Myers called and spoke with my brother and asked him who is going to paid the $65 calling service which my home insurance was going to covered. My brother told him that someone is at home and they would paid him. He hang up and canceled the service. Very unprofessional and arrogant.

  Johnathan came out, was very considerate of my time, showed amazing knowledge and patience in explaining the bits to me. He also caught two things that two or three other technicians from other companies didn’t see. With less hassle. No attitude. And did the work pretty quickly and thoroughly. He wore a mask and conscious of his contact. I mention this because during this time I’ve had technicians come over...and touch a lot! It matters. Will likely use Myers’ service in the future. Thank you
