  Called Myakka Heating and Cooling to come give me a second opinion on my A/C unit, it had quit working. After a complete inspection of my unit was told it was an easy fix. The Technician had the part on his truck,went straight to work. Had me cooling off in no time. Very pleasant and explained everything he did. After I was told by another company I needed a new a/c system. They were prompt , very professional, and honest. Very pleased with this company. Hard to find honestly, integrity all at a fair price. And I also signed up for the twice a year maintenance program. Thanks Myakka Heating and Cooling team you have a customer for life.

  My air went out Sunday evening. We suffered through the night. I called Monday about 8am. My call was promptly returned, she told me a technician would be there that morning. I was waiting for the technician’s call. About 20 minutes later he was at my home (about 9:00am). I opened the garage door for him. He promptly got to work. We were feeling cool air within 30 minutes! All for under $300! This isn’t the first time I have used them. I am always very happy with them.

  I hired Myakka Heating&Cooling for my rental home. They were supposed to come out every 3 months or so and do regular check, maintenance, filter replacement etc. After a year and the tenant moved out, the AC filter was incredibly dirty as if it hasn't been replaced in 2 years. I lived in that house for almost 10 years so I know exactly how the filter should look after a year. The tenant said that at one time Myakka's technician didn't have the right size filter and promised to come back but never did. After paying a long term fee for something I never got I cancelled the agreement.
