  Horrible... The first 3 visits all resulted in "needing to have another guy come look", but was charged for each visit resulting in nothing fixed. Claimed they fixed it, it literally never even turned on. After the 4th visit and having spent OVER $750.00 with nothing fixed, we quit letting them "have a wack at it". I have since received a bill for over $400.00 more dollars. Worst business I've dealt with in years.

  Service was ok, billing and office personnel were a walking abortion. Avoid at all costs unless you want a lot of personal baggage and drama. I was overcharged for the service performed and office staff made it ridiculous for me to get the money I had coming back refunded. I supposedly had to show up in person to get a cash refund as I paid them in cash, got handed a check and a substandard receipt that was not itemized for the service performed after I left work early to jump through their hoops. When I protested, local law enforcement was called stating that I was an irate customer. Complaint with BBB to follow.
