  I just want to hop on here and say how awesome Aaron was and it was. He was here when he said he would be and was super kind and I enjoyed our talk while he worked uninstalling the thermostat. I'm so glad it was not anything serious and he was able to help us in like 20 minutes. Give that man some props Mulligan! You got a good employee in him.

  Mulligan Heating and all of their staff are very professional and knowledgeable! Brian is our usual technician…he is the best! He is always able to fix any problem with our boiler, furnace and AC! If there is a problem, they respond quickly and get the problem fixed at a reasonable cost as well. We are very happy with the service from Mulligan.

  The initial person came out identified the problem and set up for the part to be installed the next day with the costs being as identified and expected. Part covered by warranty- I have to pay for labor to install the part. Labor time was 15 minutes to install the part.(I paid $40 for 30 minutes) The next day it was set up for the part to be installed. The tech came by installed the part, validates it worked. Asked me what I was told for the cost- told him no more than $40. I was then told it would be $75.00. When questioned it came down to $60. Finally $50.00, I was told he had to cover travel????? Just be careful in what you are going to get charged.
