  I would not recommend this company. They are not very professional and got an attitude on the phone. They charge a diagnostic fee which is fine. However all company’s I’ve dealt will apply that fee towards the repair if you have them do the work. If they don’t do the work then I understand the fee. Please use a more reputable hvac technician with better customer service.

  I’m a property manager and this is my first go to point of contact if I need anything HVAC related done. I’ve been working with Ivan for over 15 years. I can always rely on him to fix whatever HVAC related issues were having at our house or our rentals. He’ll go out of his way to save you money if he can. He’s very responsive and his pricing is very fair.

  We contacted Mugasa Air to install a Heat Pump System in my house after my old piece of metal broke down. They did a clean job and found the best route to run the copper to avoid doing any drywall cuttings. Definitely my to go Technicians whenever I need maintenance.
