  They serviced my restaurant air conditioner . Polite, on time, and decent price. 1 hour minimum though, tech was there for 45 minutes and charged a full hour. Don’t know if one hour minimum is a standard for all hvac repair companies? But overall I was pleased with the service.

  The Mt. Rose Heating's technician that came to my house was incredibly inconsiderate and rude. When he came to check on my air conditioning unit, he didn't realize that he was tracking in mud and dirt on my carpet. I asked him to clean his shoes and he just laughed a little and didn't even apologize. I had to spend an extra $50 to shampoo my carpet. Not to mention an entire Saturday that I wasted. I will never use them again. The service also took longer than I expected and came out to be double what the other guys would've charged me.

  If employees don’t obey the law - not sure their services to the community should be accepted. This work truck continues to park in front of a fire hydrant?? Not very smart !!!!
