  When you need KNOWLEDGEABLE, on time, dependable, reliable, honest, courteous, and no extra fees...go to Mike Richards and the folks at Mr. Heating and Air. They installed the system at my new house back in 2017, made some repairs after an ice storm, AND helped my grandmother on a Repair after another HVAC company tried to charge her for an entirely new system. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

  Mike Richards is the BEST Heating & Air Conditioning repair person in 5 counties. I've known him since high school, and I can tell you that he is very honest, his word is his bond, and he takes his job seriously. He's been in business for years in Caldwell County. He is competent, qualified and very conscientious about doing the job right. Mike charges a fair rate for his services and he treats his customers with courtesy. Because of his work at my home, he now handles HVAC at my office and colleagues' homes. Mike is just the best and I recommend him highly.

  I had a 20+ year-old HVAC system and it was time for an upgrade. I live in Charlotte, but Mike and his crew were able to come from Hickory and put in a super-efficient system for less than local companies were quoting. The crew was quick and clean. They were in and out in a day and the system works great. I would recommend Mr. Heating and Air to anyone.
