  My husband and I are flabbergasted! We came home to a 43 degree house the Sunday night before Christmas. We could not figure out what was going on with the furnace. We decided to call MR Heat to leave a message for Monday morning. Not only did Matt pick up immediately, he offered to walk us through fixing it ourselves! After almost an hour of being extremely patient with us and extremely thorough—we have heat. Imagine how much money he could have made tonight?!? Instead Matt was patient and kind, and wanted to do the right thing. People, especially businesses, do not exist like this anymore. We’re so grateful to know that a few good ones are still out there. THANK YOU SO MUCH and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  Matt is the consummate professional; after our A/C broke on June 4th (the hottest day of the year) he came out to fix what we thought was the problem, low Freon. When the A/C shut off an hour later again, he came back the same day and did a look-over, realizing that the entire system (40+ years old, from the 80's) was dead. In less than 24 hours he arranged to come back the next morning and did a complete replacement job. We only had to endure one day of the heat before it was all fixed! Matt is responsive, quick, and good at what he does. Give him a call if you need anything fixed up!

  Top notch service. I installed the wrong style of filter in my furnace, and it kept tripping some limit switches. While here I mentioned that the temperature regulation between floors of the house was not great. The solution was a couple of extra cold air returns installed for free. I did not expect or feel entitled to that kind of service, but received it anyway. I know who I will call in the future for any other HVAC needs, and I hope you do as well. Call Mr. Heat!
