  Called back in June to have someone come and let me know what it would cost us to have natural gas put in and have the furnace converted. He said right on the phone "oh about $500". Ok I said we will set it up with you to do the job. He said to get the people there to put the natural gas line in. They came fast and got the work done. I called me. Furnace again and said ready. Never got a call back. Emailed several times. No response. It is now middle of November and I finally found a guy that will come and do it. I ordered the part myself. Never, ever again will I call them!!!!

  I can not begin to thank you enough for the fast response to our gas leak today. The 2 gentleman who came by were so friendly and got the job done so fast! I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs assistance with heating!

  Terrible, the next day I had to call another and they fixed furnace. They put a thermostat on and said that was the problem. Now I am buying new thermostat because the one they put on is only heat and on. I have central air and heat. They claim they never came to my house. Let's just say it was a very cold night and cost me around 300 only to turn around and pay another 300 to really have it fixed. Now I had to buy another thermostat. I guess it's true what they say about taking advantage of older single women....
