  I sent an email and got a quick response. Set up service and they were prompt and courteous. Did a good job at a fair price. Gary was very professional, no mess, didn’t rush and was helpful with his advice. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again if needed.

  Eric and his partner were kind, patient with my curious twins and professional. They got right to work and before I knew it they were done and let me know of a few things that would help to keep from hindering the function of our dryer. They exceeded expectations set at my first interaction with the company four years ago and I will continue to recommend Tempe Duct Cleaning.

  The service tech was on time and polite. However, maybe I'm confused as to what to of expected. I expected to see the vacuum's collection of dirt and dust. I didnt spy on on tech but the the few times I did see him remove the hose, it only only about 2 feet of hose and the hose didn't have any sort of brush on the end. It was just a piece of rubber flapping around due to air pressure. I feel like it wasn't a thorough job, am i missing something?

  Hello Ronald, Thank you for your feedback. We do always stand 100% behind our work, and had we been contacted directly would of been happy to address your concerns and explain the process of the cleaning. From there if the concerns were not addressed we do have a 30 day policy to return to the home and put your mind at ease, ensuring the work is done correctly. The service is done with the instrument (the whip) as you have described, and a vacuum is attached to the the ducts (close to the furnace) to absorb the debris that is loosened by the whip. We apologize if there was any confusion on the process at any point. We are always open to help answer any questions before, after, or during service.
