  Start your year right, avoid these people. I though they did an excellent job in a Trane installation, unfortunately learned the truth 2 years later with incompetence maintenance, poor installation, and nothing but lies and promises. Perfect example of buyer beware, unfortunately no support from Trane, and now must go to the Better Business Bureau.
