  Luis was quick to call me back after posting I had an issue with my boiler. He arrived at the time he stated, was extremely polite and was able to troubleshoot the problem within a half hour or so. He was able to swap parts that needed to replaced on site and finished the job within 2hrs. That’s service…highly recommend!

  I used Mr C Heating & Cooling to perform a seasonal tune-up of my oil-burner furnace to prepare for the coming winter. Luis was able to schedule me within my expected time frame - even sooner, given what must be his busy season. He arrived on-time and presented himself in a very professional manner the entire visit. He inspected my furnace and made recommendations for upgrades that could save me money in the long-run. He completed the job promptly and was always organized, neat and respectful of my property. He identified potential problems and offered cost-effective solutions for me to consider to avoid a failure of the system during the winter months ahead. He provided accurate and detailed documentation of the work performed and was flexible with methods of payment. I will recommend Luis to my friends and neighbors and highly recommend him to you!

  New tenant alerted me of heating system not working and needed to get it up and running as quickly as possible. Luis responded to my call and provided an appointment the next day. He arrived on time, polite, and professional. Repair was completed expertly and Luis stated other services which would help with my other unit's heating system and water heaters. Pricing was exactly what was quoted the previous day based on the part cost and labor. I'd highly recommend Luis for any heating repair needs to family and friends.
