  This company installed a furnace in our home less than a year ago. We called because the furnace air coil was draining towards the back of the system and running water into the back of the system. The man that answered was very short, rude, not one bit interested in setting up an appointment to come check the system. Instead very snotty said, “I’ll have to look it up, I’m driving, but I’m not understanding what you want me to do!” I told him to come out and check his work to see if it was right or if there was something that needed to be repaired or if he was too busy we’d find someone else. His response was “if you’re going to put it that way, do what you have to do” and hung up!

  My first impression/experience with this company... Dependable, knowledgeable, hard working and respectful. Called early on a Saturday and was able to talk to a live person. Chris was the technician I spoke to on the phone & the one who came to our home. He gave me a estimated one hour window time of arival & was true to his word. He was able to detect the problem & fix it with in a timely manner. Price was reasonable for a weekend call. Second impression...... Next day came home to a warm house, furnace/air not running. My husband looks at the furnace and finds the face plate not screwed on, it had fallen and tripped the switch. Attention to detail needs a little work.

  I can highly recommend MP for home HVAC needs. Excellent customer service, excellent response time and excellent pricing. I've been impressed with everyone on their team, and the new system they installed is working very efficiently!
