  Very pleased with how affordable this company was and also with the quality of work that was done. We are loving our new deck that they installed and also the painting that was professionally done in a few rooms in our home. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will be referring any friends to them that need work done. Extremely pleasant to work with.

  I used Mozak Construction to repair a leak in my roof. The company was quick returning my call and privided me with a reasonable estimate. The men were polite and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with the work. I will definitely recommend and use Mozak Company again.

  Mozak construction was hired to paint a deck and install new steps. They cut corners in many spots and purchased the cheapest materials possible. Screw holes were done on the top to make them visible instead of putting them underneath. For the deck posts they purchased just 4x4's because 'they were cheaper' than actual deck posts. I paid exactly what was asked and didn't negotiate the price at all thinking I would get quality materials and service. I am very disappointed in this company and would not recommend them. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is that they were polite to talk with.

  This is just plain false. We generally charge the homeowner for materials, why would we skimp? Makes no sense. 4x4 are used as deck posts all the time, that's what they're made out of for wooden decks. As far as the screws he's talking about they have to be installed that way, see the angle from underneath is impossible to install screws. This person requested minor deck repair for his house that he was putting on the market soon, for a deck that was literally falling apart. He wanted it to just be not broken and that's what we did, repaired a couple rail posts and steps and asked if everything was ok along the way, at the end we get a negative review. We even offered to come back and correct whatever he felt was wrong and he never allowed us to do that. Unfortunately we cant satisfy everyone.
