  Noah R. and Santana installed our new heat pump today. Good manners. Efficient. Went over everything several times to make sure I understood how to use the new system. Left inside and outside clean. Lauren the service advisor was very helpful in helping us decide what unit we wanted to purchase. They all were obviously very well trained. Thank you Mountain Valley for hiring such fine employees.

  Yesterday had Diego come look at our heat pump which was really struggling this winter. He did a thorough review and recommended replacement. The next day Otis, Juan and a third gentleman (I cannot remember his name, but is a veteran) showed up promptly and quickly installed our new heat pump. My wife and I have to give a huge amount of praise to the MVHC team, everyone was professional to work with and they were extremely prompt in their service and installation.

  Juan and Jose did a very good job installing our steam humidifier. They arrived on time, then explained what they would be doing and about how long it would take. After installation they stayed and answered many questions about what to expect and how best to use the unit. Thanks guys, great job! Steve G
