  Writing this on behalf of a friend who is disabled. He feels like this company took advantage of him. He was charged $250 for what was supposed to be an initial diagnostic. The techs said they fixed his unit and it went up the next day. Called again and was quoted $2200 to repair the unit - a brand new one is not a whole lot more... Tried calling and emailing to discuss further, in particular concerned about the initial $250 fee. Voice mail was not returned by Joe, nor was an email. Don't do business with these people.

  Mountain Heating and Cooling is a professional and reliable company. Our heat unit in the house suddenly stopped. I called Mountain heating and Cooling and Joe arrived within the hour. He was very friendly and professional. He installed a new motor and now we have heat again. I asked a lot of questions about our house heat and ac system. Joe was patient answering my questions. Overall, I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
