Had 2 mini splits installed and service to a separate building. Very good crew. Knowledgeable and on time. Even during a tough time to obtain material, they were always in touch and finished work on time. Would recommend them for your HVAC needs rather installation or service!

Our furnace had been problematic since our second winter in our home, despite the house only being 3 years old. After battling with it every winter, and having issues with the AC last summer and this summer, we contacted Mountain Air to come give an estimate. Tim spent nearly an hour under the house assessing the system, taking pictures etc. The unfortunate truth for us was that the system was poorly done at construction, and we need far more than just replacing the furnace. As Tim said, he could certainly replace the furnace and the AC units, but hat would be a band aid, and would not fix the issues with the trunk line and duct work. Tim explained each issue in detail. My husband is a licensed plumber and understood more than I, but was in agreement with his recommendations. We basically needed all new ductwork, trunk line, furnace and AC unit. Tim explained our different options in detail, responded to all our questions. He and his crew showed up first thing on the date installation was scheduled to start. His crew worked hard to get the job done in the timeframe promised, and were tolerant of our two dogs trying to "help" at times. They were conscientious about wiping their feet and/or wearing booties when inside the house. We had a small hiccup the second morning after installation when the furnace would not come on. We called the office before 8 a.m., and Summer called back within less than 10 minutes, said that Tim would be here shortly after 8 a.m., which he was. It was a minor oversight of the crew forgetting to remove a tab on the condensate pump, which Tim had fixed in less than 5 minutes. He then spent well over an hour double checking the entire system. Since then, it's been smoothing sailing with both the furnace and AC units, the lack of cooling/heat to the far side of the house has been rectified, and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Mountain Air to anyone I know. Very professional organization, and good to be able to deal with a local business that is responsive when there is a problem.

I have used this company for repair service and new install. Very knowledgeable and the job gets done right. Tim (the owner) is an honest and straight when it comes to repair and or install I highly recommend this outfit.
