  Mountain Air Heating and Cooling came to our house on a Sunday after New Years when everything was closed as an emergency when our air conditioning and heat were acting up. They fixed the problem and helped us come up with a solution and in the end helped us and installed a new HVAC with a great warranty program. They were on time and did a fantastic job. Was very pleased with how fast they responded, how great the customer service was, and the quality of the HVAC is amazing. Very pleased with mountain air.

  I highly recommend Mountain Air Heating and Cooling. After an ordeal with my home warranty company and the contractor they assigned, I started asking for referrals for a full HVAC replacement. I was given JB's name, gave him a call and he came out right away to determine what I needed. He spent a lot of time with me answering all of my questions and then followed up quickly with quotes for a couple of options. He then made himself available to answer my list of additional questions as I worked through making the final decision on which system to have installed. During the entire process, I was kept informed on the status of delivery of the system and installation was scheduled very timely once all parts were received. The installation team arrived at the scheduled time with status updates being sent via texts when they were on their way. They kept me posted on the status as the work continued throughout the day. From the very start, the entire team was very courteous, responsive and made me feel like I was an important customer. I really can't say enough to recognize all that this team and company did right. I look forward to working with them for all of my HVAC maintenance in the future.

  I would highly recommend Mountain Air to anyone and we have told all of our local friends about them. Paul has been our technician and checked our HVAC system twice now. I have been thoroughly impressed by Paul's professionalism each time. I am one of those customers who wants to know how things work and he is always so patient with my many questions and very knowledgeable. It is not often you find a company with employees who are as personable as Paul!
