  Motili put in a brand new A/C and heating system in our house just a few weeks before we moved in. 4 months later it broke. My boyfriend was able to fix it after spending a few hundred dollars. 6 months later here we are and it broke again. A brand new unit has broken twice now. I let Motili know we have a 3 month old and now no heat because their "brand new system" has failed twice. They advised me there is nothing they can do and I will have to fix it myself. We're looking at a whole new system for thousands of dollars now. My advice... DO NOT WORK WITH MOTILI. A BRAND NEW SYSTEM BROKE JUST 4 MONTHS AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY PUT IN A BRAND NEW SYSTEM. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE.
