  When I first contacted these guys early last Saturday morning, it was cold. They actually answered the phone with a genuinely friendly voice and were willing to come right up to take a look at our furnace that had quit working over night. The gentleman showed up promptly and was still very friendly. He took a look at my furnace and assured me it was the control panel on the old furnace. After contacting the vendor that they use for parts and not being able to get any he quickly got his book out. He wanted to talk me in to spending $6,000 on a new furnace. I sent him on his way after I paid him the service call fee of $150. After days of scouring the internet and local stores we finally got the control panel from HEP IN HORNELL My husband replaced the control panel and come to find out the main plug must have vibrated loose and that’s why it wasn’t working. Didn’t have anything to do with control panel and had he been competent he would have checked this things.

  Absolutely do not use this company or any of the Morrison's! Liars, cheats and 100% unprofessional! They do not care about you or even doing a good job. Also watch out for Sindoni's Contracting (run by Ken)...they use Morrison's licenses and insurance to sub-contract out without using the Morrison's name. And Sindoni's is even WORSE than Morrison's. They care about getting paid and once you do they are done whether the job is finished or not! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

  I normally do not leave reviews, but wish I had checked before calling them. They did come right out, but tried to tell me my furnace had issues and could call NYSEG to put a lock on it. That I must have CO2, but my house is hard wired through out with fire and CO detectors. I just wanted the blower turned up on the furnace. Claimed it wasn’t firing incorrectly and he almost got burnt. I didn’t see anything and was standing right there. Great actors. Once they realized I wasn’t buying into it they closed everything right up and left. I asked for an estimate on a new furnace and he did not offer to give me anything but a verbal. No written bill. I did pay them just to never have to deal with them again. BEWARE!
