  Our hot water heat went out in our house and Dave made it to me within an hour of me calling. He got my heat turned back on temporarily while parts were on order. Dave is such a pleasure to do business with. He is pleasant and his prices are very fair. I would recommend Moritz to anyone looking for a honest heating and air contractor. Thanks again Dave.

  Our a/c went out on the Labor Day Weekend (OF COURSE)! We were so lucky it happened when we were home and not on vacation. Dave was great. He came out the next morning before it got hot. Tested a part and fixed it very quickly. He's done work for us before and for a friend, too. I recommend this company.
