  Never agree to a quote! Quote was given for 4 hours of labor & part for an outrageous price. I agreed to the quote for service to be performed. The guys took less than one hour to install the part. The company charged the quoted price & refused to lower the invoice stating once you agree to the Quote that is the price you will be charged regardless if it takes less time. Complete rip off & will not be using their services again.

  Called for a sump pump drain repair- Never showed up. Dont waste time calling Morgans Plumbing- Will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

  Called to get estimate to fix a leak with my kitchen sink, secretary was absolutely sweet and kind, she called "the guys" and they came out a day or two later. These two men hardly said a word to me at all but was working on the sink. Upon them finishing the kitchen sink I had asked about fixtures with my shower and the older gentleman was rude with me and said they would send the bill and promptly left. Three days later I had to call again because the leak was even worse and everything under cabinet was soaked. Secretary again called them and informed them. They came out same day and tightened a fitting, which still didn't work.. called again and They came out the very next day and this time actually replaced parts. It's been good since but took three visits. Note I only paid for the first one, that's a positive. If it wasn't for the kindness of the secretary I would have rated lower.. so just beware.
